La Regina Cruises - Welcome Lounge

Our 2 days 1 night cruise with La Regina Legend was a wonderful experience that far exceeded our expectations. Lily from the F&B team was welcoming, attentive and a pleasure to be served by. Her excellent service, combined with the exquisite food and the unique dining atmosphere, made every meal truly enjoyable. Rosy provided informative explanations during the cooking class and cave tour in a humorous and engaging way. Her cheerful personality and constant smile made all the activities fun and memorable. The spa therapist demonstrated outstanding massage skills — one of the best facial treatments I have ever experienced. The cabin room was spacious and comfortable, creating a deeply relaxing and restful stay. Overall, this cruise was perfectly organised and unforgettable — highly recommended!

Outstanding! La Regina gave an amazing cruise and the staff consistently went above and beyond to help. After a flight delay - La Regina staff arranged to get me on the cruise to meet my family and later helped with a lost item. The staff were so thoughtful and fun, Rooms were modern beautiful spotless, with big bathrooms and the food was excellent! We all had so much fun with the excursions An incredible unforgettable experience in Halong Bay!

I stayed on La Regina Legend (19–21 Jan 2026, Booking 186334) and left very disappointed. I booked this cruise specifically because halal food was confirmed in advance by the cruise team via my agent (I have screenshots). However, on arrival I was told halal meat was not available. For guests who keep halal, this isn’t a preference - it’s a requirement - and it materially affected my experience. After I raised the issue, the manager later offered one single portion of “halal beef” on one day, but there was no clear verification (packaging/supplier/certification), so there was no way to be confident it was genuinely halal. The “apology” was a complimentary juice, which felt tokenistic given the fact that juice was already complementary. The checkout process was also handled poorly. I paid for all extras and was happy to do so. But after leaving the main boat and while already on the transfer boat to the mainland, the manager asked me for cash for a tube of crisps they’d forgotten to add to my bill. I’m not disputing the amount - it’s the professionalism. Billing should be finalised at checkout on the main vessel, not chased during transit. Overall, for roughly $250 per night, the experience felt mediocre and poorly managed. I would do Ha Long Bay again, but not with this provider.

Wij verbleven 2 dagen op de La Regina en hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Erg vriendelijk personeel vrolijke bediening alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en omgeroepen in de kamers. Die waren netjes en ruim genoeg met een fantastisch uitzicht natuurlijk ook een lekker balkon we zaten in de princess suite.

Nous avons passés 2j et 1 nuit sur le bateau. Se fut une expérience exceptionnelle. La chambre est propre, l’équipement confortable, spacieuse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie avec une grande terrasse. Les employés sont serviables et adorables, les activités au top. Pareillement pour la nourriture.

The cruise offered an excellent experience with well-maintained interiors and tasteful furniture that created a comfortable atmosphere. The vegetarian food was varied, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, making dining onboard a pleasure. The journey itself was smooth, relaxed, and peaceful, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind. Overall, this cruise combined comfort, neatness, and excellent service with a serene travel experience.

My partner and I had the best experience on the la Regina cruise. They picked us up from our hotel in a comfortable bus and was two hour journey from Hanoi to Ha Long BayS we waited only 20 minutes at the port then headed to our cruise ship. The facilities are very nice and great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We loved the happy hour sunset cruise and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We enjoyed all the activities they had on offer like the bamboo boat through the cave, Cat Ba island and squid fishing. The room was excellent and very comfortable. Big shout out to Ms Lam, Jenny and Duy for taking such such good care of us. Cant eaot to come back

Nous avons passé trois jours et deux nuit sur le La Regina Legend Cruise, un bateau plein de charme. Afin de profiter au mieux de la croisière et de pouvoir découvrir un peu mieux la Baie d’Halong ainsi que Lan Ha Baie, il vaut mieux prendre le package 2D3N. Nous avons passer une incroyable croisière avec un équipage au petits soins pour nous. Mrs Rosie & Mr Monkey ont été remarquables. Nous sommes très remerciantes pour la journée que nous avons passé à Viet Hai Village et la découverte de Cat Ba Island. Les repas sont copieux et remplis de saveurs d’ici.
